Pre-Application Form Privacy Notice
This notice has been prepared to inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with the Dammy’s World visa consultancy preliminary assessment request form.

2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes of Processing
Personal data collected through the form includes your full name, phone number, intended destination country, and visa type. This information is processed for the purposes of responding to your preliminary assessment request, contacting you, managing your inquiry, and providing information regarding the consultancy process when necessary. Passport details, health information, bank statements, or other sensitive documents are not requested through the initial form.
3. Method of Collection and Legal Basis
Your data is collected electronically when you complete the form fields and send the message via WhatsApp. Depending on the nature of the specific activity, the legal grounds for processing may include Article 5(2)(c) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), where processing is directly related to the establishment of a contract, and/or Article 5(2)(f), based on the legitimate interests of the data controller. This notice does not constitute obtaining explicit consent for marketing purposes.
4. Data Transfer
Your information is processed for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your preliminary application request. Your personal data may be shared with third parties only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service or in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Our business does not intend to directly transfer your personal data to an organization located abroad. However, since the form is submitted via WhatsApp, international data transfers through WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure may occur. The legal requirements governing such transfers must be assessed separately.
5. Data Retention Period and Your Rights
Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing and to comply with applicable legal retention requirements. Once these periods have expired, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.
